According to a study at Johns Hopkins University it was shown that Meditation helps relieve symptoms for anxiety and depression.

Mayo Clinic lists Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease and Asthma among the areas that Meditation can help with. Just as with Mindfulness specifically, Meditation in general has been proven in study after study, at every major research institution, to be highly beneficial. Clients will work one on one with a Meditation instructor who is trained in various meditation techniques. There is also group meditation available.
