INTRODUCTION

Coming in for a service for massage or floating to relieve stress and tension makes sense, however, in order to have lasting change there needs to be consistency and a support system that caters to that consistency. For this reason we offer 8 week Wellness Programs to those who could benefit. Science has shown that six to twelve weeks of consistently applying yourself to something yields lasting and transformative results. Whether its mindfulness, going to the gym, trying to learn a new language or skill, pharmaceutical interventions, or changing your perception and lifestyle, 8 weeks of consistency brings about the lasting change that so many people are seeking. Each Wellness Program is specific to the individual who is needing our services and therefore commitment and prices vary. Please call us to set up a free consultation to explore which program and what services you would benefit from. The following programs are outlined in a generic way in order to give guests an idea of what a Wellness Program at Journey Within Wellness Center looks like. Before doing an 8 week journey with us, you may want to explore the Beginner's Journey Package.

BEGINNER'S JOURNEY PACKAGE

In order to see if our 8 week journey is for you, try our Beginner's Journey package. The Beginner's Journey is as follows:


Three float therapy sessions that includes two 60 min floats and a third 90 minute float. Each float is accompanied by 30 minutes of any of our other services that include massage therapy, Thai stretch massage, 1:1 yoga, meditation & hypnotherapy or acupuncture & cupping.  Total: $150

ACHES & PAIN RELIEF PROGRAM

We get many guests that have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and other kinds of nerve related pain. Floating, massage therapy and acupuncture can help reduce inflammation and pain symptoms. Our CBD products that include oils, tinctures and creams can help as well. Call and speak to one of our wellness consultants to help you come up with a regimen that is specific to your needs.  This program is NOT to be a replacement for medical treatments. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or disorder. Always consult your physician and pursue medical interventions for pain that you are experiencing. This program is considered a complimentary service to medical interventions that may be necessary.

DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND PTSD PROGRAM

We have licensed therapists and counselors that work out of Journey Within Wellness Center that can help you work through clinical depression, anxiety and PTSD. You do not have to be formally diagnosed with a disorder to benefit from counseling. In fact Journey Within Wellness Center is a strong advocate for making counseling and therapy a self-care modality that anyone and everyone can and should benefit from. If you are experiencing emotional distress our services can help. 


There is a mind-body connection, and so what goes on in the mind takes a toll on the body, and what the body feels, the mind interprets. Counseling with a licensed therapist will help, but so will our other services which can help reduce tension, release emotion, and shift your perception. An example of what a Wellness Program will look like is as follows:


Week 1: Thursday, 60 minute massage followed by counseling.

Week 2: Tuesday, 1.5 hour session of mindfulness, hypnotherapy, empowerment & life coaching.

Week 2: Thursday, 60 minute acupuncture appointment followed by counseling. 

Week 3: Thursday, counseling session followed by 60 minute float.

Week 4: Tuesday, 1.5 hour session of mindfulness, hypnotherapy, empowerment & life coaching.

Week 4: Thursday. 60 min acupuncture appointment followed by counseling.

Week 5: Thursday, 60 min counseling followed by 60 min massage.

Week 6: Tuesday, 1.5 hour session of mindfulness, hypnotherapy, empowerment & life coaching.

Week 6: Thursday, 60 min acupuncture session followed by counseling. 

Week 7: Thursday, counseling session followed by 60 minute float therapy. 

Week 8: Tuesday, 1.5 hour session of mindfulness, hypnotherapy, empowerment & life coaching.

Week 8: Thursday, 60 min counseling followed by 60 min massage.

Week 8: Friday, 30 min Reiki share with all of the practitioner's that worked with you.

Please note, you can work with our licensed counselors and therapists without needing to do a Wellness Program. The Wellness Program is simply an option available to those that might benefit from it.


CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAM

SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

We have put a number of athletes through our 8 week journey program and have helped them with mental focus, clarity, and direction as well as physical recovery. Massage therapy, acupuncture, float therapy and Thai Stretch Massage have really helped the athletes that come to us. Hypnotherapy (guided visualization), mindfulness and meditation have helped our athletes get the mental and emotional clarity they need that comes with physical competition. Here is an example of what an athlete might go through: 


Week 1: Monday, 60 minute float followed by 60 minute sports massage.

Week 1: Monday, Fitness, Personal Training, Yoga, and Nutrition consultation.

Week 1: Thursday, 1.5 hour session of acupuncture combined with mindfulness, hypnotherapy, empowerment.

Week 2: Monday, 60 min float.

PRENATAL PREGNANCY PROGRAM

Physical and emotional tension during pregnancy can be challenging. After the first trimester is over, floating, massage and acupuncture can help alleviate alot of that pressure. Consult with our team to come up with a program that makes your pregnancy a lighter experience!

HABITS AND LIFESTYLE PROGRAM

Changing habits is one of the most challenging things a person can do. Whether its thought patterns, behavior patterns or addictions, letting go of negative ways of coping with life and stress is never easy. Whether you are looking to lose weight, go back to the gym, quit smoking, heal from past trauma, let go of procrastination, or shift your perception, then a combination of counseling from a licensed therapist and additional service with our hypnotherapy and mindfulness coach could help bring about the psychological changes needed to change direction.
